Booking an airport transfer takes about two minutes when you have the basics ready. This guide covers exactly what you need, the steps from search to confirmation, and what arrives in your inbox once the booking is set.
The aim is simple: a fixed price set at booking, a named driver waiting at arrivals, and zero negotiation at the kerb.
What to gather before you start
Five details cover almost every booking:
- Pickup point: the airport and terminal, or the address you are leaving from
- Drop-off address: hotel, apartment, station, or business address
- Date and time: for airport pickups, the flight arrival; for hotel-to-airport, the time you want to leave
- Passengers and luggage: how many people and what bags they bring
- Flight number: if available, this enables flight tracking automatically
Two more useful inputs that drop into the form when relevant: child seats or boosters, return-leg booking, and any meet-and-greet preferences.
The five booking steps
1. Enter your route
Pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage. The platform recognises 150+ countries; the address autocomplete helps with hotel names, addresses, and airport terminals.
2. Compare the vehicles
Available cars appear with prices side by side: sedan, estate, minivan, minibus, electric, executive. Prices are per ride, not per person. The vehicle list narrows automatically based on the luggage you entered.
3. Add what you need
Child seats, booster, name-board meet-and-greet, extra stops, return ride. Each add-on is one tick; you do not call the driver to arrange.
4. Pay securely
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, iDEAL | Wero, PayPal, and major local methods are accepted. The fare is taken when you confirm, so the driver never asks at the kerb.
5. Receive your voucher
The booking confirmation arrives by email within minutes. It includes the driver’s name, vehicle details, the meet point at arrivals, and a support number.
Book your airport transfer and the voucher lands before your bag is packed.
What “fixed price at booking” actually means
The price you see when you confirm covers the whole ride. That includes:
- The vehicle for the journey
- Tolls, parking at the airport, and any pickup surcharges
- Up to 60 minutes of free wait time after landing
- Flight tracking, so a delay or early arrival adjusts the pickup automatically
There is no surge pricing, no traffic surcharge, and no per-bag fee. If the route changes on the day because of a closure or roadworks, the price stays the same. For more on what to expect at the airport, see how meet and greet works.
What if your plans change
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup on every booking. If your flight is delayed, the pickup adjusts automatically through flight tracking. If a flight diverts, support arranges a switch through the number on the voucher.

Why pre-book
Three concrete reasons most travellers pre-book rather than queue at the rank:
- Price is set in advance, regardless of traffic or route
- Driver is assigned and confirmed before you depart
- Vehicle is matched to your group size and luggage, not whoever is next at the rank
The booking takes under two minutes and removes a decision from the moment you most want to skip one: stepping off a long-haul flight.
